FATIGUE AND ILLNESS. A Deeper Understanding of Empathic Signals

Wherever you find yourself, whether at home, at work, or out in public spaces, you constantly and consistently connect with the energies of those around you. This interaction is not limited to your waking hours but extends to your sleep. Many souls remain trapped in specific time phases, unaware they are already ascended beings capable of profound healing and growth.

Throughout your day, you will encounter people who are silently in need. They may be praying for relief from illness, seeking comfort, or simply yearning for someone to lend an ear. Each of these intentions sends out vibrations into the universe that can be felt by your multidimensional self, which is constantly working to pick up and respond to these energies. It's like scanning through radio channels.

For instance, you might find yourself walking past a shop when suddenly you feel an overwhelming sense of nausea. At that moment, it becomes clear: someone nearby is in distress, having called out for help through their thoughts. It is important to understand that it doesn't matter whether you know this person or not; the connection exists. Once you acknowledge this feeling, you can balance the energy for both yourself and the individual in need. As you do so, the nausea dissipates for you and them as the energetic exchange restores harmony.

There have been times when I've felt compelled to hug a stranger in the street. Initially, such acts may seem embarrassing or out of place, but that person needs it. They usually confirm this, expressing gratitude for the connection made.

When physical sensations arise in your body, like pain in your shoulder, back, or neck, pay attention to the context. If someone visits and you suddenly feel intense pain, you are likely subconsciously tuning into their discomfort. By recognising this as an external pain rather than your own, you can consciously balance the energy, leading to relief for both parties. Many individuals reach out to me for healing through letters and messages, and as soon as I become aware of their needs, we can work together to restore their wellbeing.

This process of empathic connection is universal. However, many people fail to recognise their empathic signals and thus perceive their illness or discomfort as relating to themselves and not influenced by the energies of others. Failing to acknowledge this can lead to the retention of these energies, ultimately affecting their physical health. Therefore, awareness of these signals and their impact on your wellbeing is crucial.

It's important to remember that you are valuable and essential. You may often feel tired because you are working hard to help people and expend considerable energy on their behalf. This is why it's crucial to stop criticising yourself for being tired or weak. Instead, practice self-care. Treat yourself with kindness and indulgence; you deserve it in every conceivable way. Don't forget to rest and recharge.

Disregard the negative narratives perpetuated by the media. Remember that you already possess wholeness within you. The foods you consume and the drinks you enjoy have far less power over your well-being than you might think. Ultimately, it is you who has agency over your health and happiness.

To help you identify when you're carrying the energies of others, consider these basic signs:

- A runny nose may indicate someone nearby who is crying.

- Sore eyes could suggest someone struggling to 'see' their path forward.

- Neck pain might reveal someone feeling tension or burdened by a 'pain in their neck.'

- Back discomfort can depend on posture or activity, potentially reflecting someone unsupported.

- Nausea might signal someone grappling with information they find difficult to digest, whether emotionally or intellectually.

If you take the time to listen to your body, you may uncover the deeper stories of those around you. Tuning in and recognising these connections can restore balance and healing.

Remember, you are perfect in your being. Embrace this truth and find peace in your inherent perfection.

Embrace and celebrate your beautiful perfection. Remember to love yourself fully and appreciate the unique light you bring into the world.
